1910 Junior 2 Serial # 9110 1910 Junior 2 typewriter, Serial # 9110 Liam Templeton's 1910 Junior 2 typewriter. 2026-04-30 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Liam Templeton: 1910 Junior 2 Serial # 9110 I won this rare machine in an auction. It is fully functional and complete, though it is missing the lowercase “t” keytop. The paint and graphics are in remarkable shape, and it has the original carrying case as well. Quite a pain to actually use though :)

I am a young typewriter collector, based in Canada; I caught the bug when I came across a 1926 Underwood Standard No. 3 in an antique store, and was never able to get the darn thing out of my head. Since then, my collection has been rapidly growing. I especially like older machines, and I prefer restoring rough machines over hunting for perfect examples.

RESEARCH NOTE: When researching the Junior 2 on a computer with lots of screen real estate, you may find that launching the Junior Serial Number page and the Junior 2 By Model/Year/Serial page in new browser windows can give you interesting perspectives on changes throughout the model series.
